Book Arts - Final Project. PART 3
The finished book. I am quite happy with how the inside design worked out as I managed to compile a good amount of information regarding Talgarth, and the old-fashioned papers work well to create a worn down, derelict property. However, I’m not so happy with the outside as I could never get the front to close properly and the more I fiddled the more it started to fall apart. Therefore if I created the book again I would try to at least create outside digitally and print it off as one job lot before cutting it out. This would not only make it sturdier and less fragile, but would also create a more professional finish.
This is so amazingly epic
I’d listen to the words he’d say
But in his voice I heard decay
The plastic face forced to portray
All the insides left cold and gray
There is a place that still remains
It eats the fear, it eats the pain
The sweetest price he’ll have to pay
The day the whole world went away

For those of you that need it
My favorite poem in Bo Burnham’s book “Egghead”
I’m sure this would be awesome, if i could do it. I can’t see or hear things in my head… Its not as fun just ‘thinking’ it.
Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there i do not sleep
My brother saved this document and everytime he gets angry at our neighbours for being loud he prints it to their wireless printer and you can hear the wife shout “Why the fuck would you print this AGAIN?!” to her son.
